I was suffering from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and it was affecting all areas of my life. Myofascial release helped decrease the pain and increase my mobility! I have experienced deep lasting releases in muscle tightness and have been symptom free!
Thank you.
2 years ago, I suffered a car accident that left me with terrible headaches and uncontrollable neck spasms.
I started seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week and getting massage therapy.
The pain started to decrease but i was still having headaches and neck spasms.
My doctor recommended medication to help with headaches and spasms.
After 6 months of this routine, I began to think I was going to live like this for the rest of my life.
After my first MFR Session I knew this is what I needed!
During the first cranial hold the pain in my neck began to melt away it was amazing. The pressure was very gentle but extremely powerful and effective!
After a couple sessions I went a whole week without a headache I was so excited.
After a couple months of weekly visits and a home stretching program my spasms stopped. I was able to get off the medication and increase my overall activity. I am so thankful for this therapy it truly is a blessing!
Randy has helped my family and I so much with the John Barnes Myofascial Release whole body therapy. My neck and back pain are gone and i have been able to get back to my outdoor activities that i love here in Northern California.
Randy has come to our house and treated our whole family. It is very nice to not have to leave your home to get amazing/effective therapy.
MFR and stretching has helped my husband's back pain so much. He was in so much pain he had been contemplating scheduling surgery however after his first couple sessions he experienced his first pain free night in years! After regular treatment and consistent stretching, he has been totally pain free!
Thank you so much
Malfunction of the fascial system due to trauma, inflammation, our daily postural habits, repetitive stress, or surgery, etc., can create a binding down, tightening, or even solidifying of the fascia. The intense pressure from these fascial restrictions on pain sensitive structures can be a huge factor in developing some of the above symptoms.
